Looking at the pair they may seem a little odd. One is from Thai and Puerto Rican heritage and the other of Haitian descent. One was born in Frankfurt, Germany and the other in Brooklyn, NY. Their differences pale in comparison to the unexpected similarities.
The Run the Point Enterprises and J.Benjamin Clothing Co. collaboration is the brainchild of the two owners who have a lot in common. They both graduated from Hartwick College (’99 and ’04 respectfully), both studied Psychology and both belong to the same multicultural fraternity, Gamma Omega Delta Fraternity, Inc. They both are putting their passion to work in the building of their companies; one is focused on helping people develop personally and professionally by using hip hop affirmations and the other is putting his passion for fashion and entrepreneurship into building, “Your future favorite brand.” They both have a book that has been inspirational in getting them going, “Conversations with Millionaires” by Mike Litman.
They have decided to combine forces to create a special deal for the public.
