Hi Mike, thanks for emailing me the book. I truly believe you are on to something great. As for a potential crisis which I have just come across, recently I have had three employees express to me that they are unhappy with their current work environment. As you may know I have been in management over the two and a half years and each month I am approached with a different opportunity. It has helped me discover that I am getting better at assessing potential problems and relaying a more positive and supportive position to my staff in order to encourage them to view more positives than negatives. I guess in my own way I am learning to move to crowd. Thanks again and Keep Moving Forward. I am very proud of you.

Twice in one week it took me all day to figure out an answer to the daily question. I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing but I finally figured out my talent or what I will call a skills. My skills derived out of possibly the hardest couple of years of my life so far. I had recently had lost my job and went through a horrible break up. I was not happy. I suppose you could say I was a bit depressed. I had just moved to a new place and I really felt alone. At this very low point in my life I gained a lot of necessary skills that kind of defines who I am today. During this time I was making little money which taught me a few things. The first skill I learned by having limited funds was how to budget. I then learned to put away or save money from each paycheck. I learned to manage my money wisely during this time too. Another skill I learned during this "survival" time was patience. I use to be a very impatient in many situations where I could ending up making bad decisions. Patience has led me to evaluate situations, make well thought out decisions, and approach situations more calmly. These are just a few new skills that I acquired during my crisis which I use effectively now. When my back was against a wall my talents were squeezed out of necessity and I am happy that it happened.
