Worry is defined as to feel uneasy about something; be troubled. When your are worried you want to get back to your comfort zone or into a new comfort zone. Instead of dwelling on the problem at hand your best bet is to take action and rid yourself of your uneasiness. To do this you will want to develop a plan. If you are developing a plan then that means you have a goal in mind to achieve. Take the necessary steps in your plan (action) and that will propel you towards your goal.
