If I feel I prepared correctly then my state of readiness will appear to look like I am confident. I will probably always be anxious on the inside but on the outside you will notice me taking deep breaths to combat my anxiety. If I prepared correctly I will have studied my opponent well so that I would know my best way to tackle "it". Once I am in the situation if I practiced it enough then the rest will seem natural.

My state of readiness is a relaxed attutude and a blank mind. Ready to perform without restraints.
